What can be added, where the layout allows.
Bathroom / shower room
A compact shower room within the 21 m² footprint — a natural fit for a gym or studio, where a shower is often exactly what's needed. Comes with its own electric underfloor heating. Laid out and confirmed as part of site qualification, alongside everything else about your site.
